Tutors Bee applies the privacy policy for both tutors and students who become our members. This is to extend an understanding how we deal with the information of our users. The members will be referred as you and TutorsBee.com will be referred as we in the remaining documents. The individuals reserve all the rights not to join the services in case of disagreement with the privacy policy; however after joining; the members will be bound to abide the policy and terms and conditions. This policy does not imply any legal obligations or rights for the members; this is not a contract however using the services will be considered as the showing agreement to all the terms and conditions.

Collected Information

The information form submission at the time of joining is a volunteer act; however the information will be kept private. The information collected through the website by any of the sources; web page, email or apps will referred as “info” and these means will be referred as “the service”.

The info collected by different sources falls under the privacy policy; the information coming from the first information form, which is filled in at the time of registration goes to our database and is not shared with anyone outside the system. The next step of information gathering is to collect academic profile of the member which is intended for categorization according to the discipline; this is to help us connecting the right people according to need. In this regard, we may also request to upload written samples of essays or lessons; the tutors need to submit their academic record in order to verify their credentials. All of these documents are the property of the user and will ONLY be used for the described purpose. The profile of each member is confidential and can only be visible to members of the service; besides, the personal information, such as personal email address, phone No. National ID No. and address are only visible to the admin of the site. Members do not have access to the personal information of the other members under any circumstances.

Internal Communication

Internal communication among the members is not accessible to other members, the tutors and students can only have an internal email correspondence if the system permits to interact; and the service has created a link between them. No tutor can directly contact the student to request the hiring of his services. If a tutor could not satisfy the student in the trial class, he will lose access to the student and will not be able to contact him to create any inconvenience. For students and parents, the service may request information related to the documentation for the payment made for hiring the services; tutoring quarries related to home assignments or your academic requirements; teacher feedback of a student etc. all of such info will be managed as internal communication and will not be shared with anyone.

User Identification

All the members will be issued a unique identification code; the name behind each code will not be revealed in any situation. This is to prevent any attempt of direct approach; however after availing face to face tutoring Skype classes, we are not responsible for any direct interaction. Similarly sort of interaction through social media is not the responsibility of the service. Sharing direct contact information with the students through internal communication system with an intention to bypass the service system will result into termination of membership account.

Finance related information

TutorsBee.com does not reveal any accounts information with anyone else; this information is kept confidential. This policy applies on all sort of accounts’ information including credit card detail and all associated information, such as name, bank name and address. In case of electronic transactions, the information is stored in the database and kept out of access for everyone except for the accounts team; however the data is not shared with other members under any circumstances. The credit card numbers are not stored in the system. In case of user record verification request from any tutor, the relevant team conducts the verification check from the accounts profile/history of the user; however accounts details and information is not provided in this case.

Tell a friend option

If you choose to use our “tell a friend option” to inform someone about our Service, we will request you for email address of your friend, in order to process your request. We will automatically send your friend an invitation email to request him a visit to the Site and join if he agrees. The email address is only used for invitation is reminders; that individual may contact us at info@tutorsbee.com to request removal of this information from our database.

Age restriction

Children under the age of 13 years, are restricted to register an account and avail our services. If such things come into our knowledge, the entire information will be shared with the parents of the child. The parents or legal guardian of someone under the age of 13, who may have provided us with information without your knowledge or consent; may contact us to have this information removed. All contact, including tutoring sessions; virtual or non virtual between tutors and any minor are mandatory to take place ONLY in a supervised setting

Legal obligations

The service will provide any sort of information; stated above, ONLY in case of some kind of legal proceeding. The information may be shared with the authorities in case of the legal order from the competent authority. The subject matter solely depends upon the individual case, and may be decided on discretion of the management.

Security tips

To prevent password theft it is highly recommended not to share your user ID and password with anyone. It is also recommended to change your password at least on monthly basis. Still if there is any doubt in this regard, please inform our support center to inform us so we could provide additional support. It is advised, not to share your login details to the service staff; we do not direct any staff member to collect such information. Similarly, don’t write such information in email correspondence.
